There are two home styles at Country Walk at Windsor, townhomes and duplex homes.

The townhomes range in size between 1508 - 1796 sq. ft and have two or three bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths. The two bedroom model has a one-car garage, the three bedrooms have two-car garages. All models have a full unfinished basement; many units have an optional walk-out basement. Standard luxury amenities include PELLA windows, LENNOX multi-zone heating and air conditioning, and KOHLER plumbing fixtures.

The duplex homes have four spacious models to choose from, ranging in size form 1732 - 2475 sq. ft. with two three and four bedooms, 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 baths, two car garages, full unfinished basements with many units offering a walk-out option.

The community features two neighborhoods that are mostly nestled in a natural wooded setting with cul-de-sac streets, walking trail, clubhouse, pool, tennis court and natural open areas.
